These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Fire Thunder Hall (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of firetalisman.com and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and Descriptions
We offer handcrafted Taoist talismans and related cultural items. Product descriptions, images, and spiritual attributions are provided in good faith for informational and cultural purposes. Talismans are traditional cultural objects; any references to blessing, protection, or auspicious meaning reflect heritage and belief systems and do not constitute guarantees of specific outcomes. We strive to display accurate colors and details, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exact.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to stock limitations, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory restrictions. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or commence fulfillment. We may cancel orders after confirmation if we discover an error or inability to fulfill. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be completed in full using the methods offered at checkout, including major credit cards and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 or ERC20 networks, where available). You are responsible for ensuring correct payment amounts, network selection, and timely completion within any stated payment window. All payments are processed securely; we do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we accept returns only for items damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, product photography, and software—is owned by or licensed to Fire Thunder Hall and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
